After doing either fix above, resubmit the report: click "Retry" in the report's Action menu on the main Revenue page, or use the Retry button above.

A UPC or ISRC is wrong for an older release

Fix: click on the error report line above to search for the correct release in your catalog. Once you've found it, match the report line to it. This will forever associate this error (from this DSP's reports) to your selected release.

Daily Trends

About daily trends reporting

Daily trends data is information that some services provide about the streams/sales on their service for the previous day. This data is limited in various ways:

Only a few services provide daily trends. Click on the "Reports availability" button to see which services's daily trends are available for your account.
The "Reports availability" button will also allow you to see which service's daily trends have been updated, or which may be missing. Although each service aims to update their trends data every day, it is not unusual for them to fall behind.
Daily trends for streaming-only services such as Spotify, Deezer, etc. are shown as units only. The money equivalent is never displayed because the services themselves don't know how much revenue each play represents until the end of the month (the calculation is based on the total number of subscribers at the end of the month and/or the number of ads sold at the end of the month).
We can and do, however, display revenue per unit for download stores (iTunes, but not Apple Music or iTunes Match; Google Play Store, but not Google Play Locker or Subscriptions). You can see the revenue equivalent only in the "Downloads" tab (top of the page); click on "Show: Units/Revenue" at the top of the graph.
Keep in mind that even for download stores, the revenue indicated is only an estimate; the numbers indicated may change by the time the services generates their official royalty report. Possible reasons are: incomplete transactions, failed downloads, returned sales, etc.).
Even when services provide daily trends data, they still do not issue payment for another 15-30 days after the end of the month (sometimes even longer). For example: if it is January 1, no service will issue payment before February 15 at best.
